Returns
You may return items within 1 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personal care products, customized items, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
